Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled registered nurse with oncology operations experience to serve as a key connection between our product team and clinical excellence team. This role will be responsible for translating product innovations into real-world clinical applications, ensuring seamless communication of product releases to end users, and driving the strategic roadmap for clinical excellence.

The clinical product and training specialist will play a pivotal role in training, onboarding, and competency development for both new and existing clinical excellence team members. This position requires a deep understanding of oncology workflows, strong communication skills, and a passion for scaling training programs that drive user adoption and engagement. This role also requires flexibility to travel up to 20%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between the product team and the clinical excellence team, ensuring clinical workflows align with product development.
- Lead the communication and rollout of new product releases, ensuring all end users are informed and trained.
- Develop and implement scalable end-user training programs, focusing on ease of adoption and real-world application.
- Facilitate onboarding and competency development for new and existing clinical excellence team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address clinical needs, helping to shape product enhancements and innovation roadmaps.
- Provide clinical insights to support product development, ensuring solutions align with best practices in oncology operations.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions, workshops, and competency evaluations to ensure optimal platform utilization.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure training materials, documentation, and resources remain up to date and effectively support end users.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and adjusting as needed
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse with oncology experience (minimum three years in oncology operations, navigation, or related areas).
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows, clinical operations, and technology adoption in healthcare settings.
- Experience in training, onboarding, and competency development for healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clinical practice.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between clinical, product, and technical teams to align goals and priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to track progress, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple implementations.
- Technical proficiency and/or aptitude, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (to be explored during the interview process).
- Experience with electronic health records, oncology navigation tools, and clinical decision support platforms is a plus.
